Sunday I photographed the wedding of Katerina and David. It was a wedding that was all about family and tradition.
First we went to David's parents house to photograph him getting ready. His aunts, uncles, grandmother, brother, etc, were all there feasting on traditional Italian fare when I arrived. Of course they insisted that we sit down to eat too.
The following series of three images is just amazing to me. The light from the chandelier above is reflecting in my lens causing the illusion of the stars encompassing the jr bridesmaid, giving the images a magical feel.
Greek ceremonies are always BEAUTIFUL and this one was no exception! As always during a Greek ceremony, I'm allowed to stand behind the bridesmaids at the alter-this view, combined with the candle light, the traditions, and a beautiful birde makes for terrific images.
Thank you Katerina and David for letting me be a part of this day with you.
Here are some beautiful dogs I photographed at a dog daycare in Berwick ME. My friend has a dog, Louis, that spends some time here. So we decided to stop in for a visit one day. The dogs were FANTASTIC and very well behaved!
THis is my favorite image from the day-maybe I should put it on my web site. What a gorgeous dog!
This is my second favorite. The same dog. Maybe this dog is used to having her picture taken-doesn't it look like she is posing for me?
This dog looks like a black bear!
what incredible eyes!
More of Louis. He's so sweet.
It is so neat to see the different personalities in all dogs! It was a great day-my kids and I had a great time!
Here are some AWESOME pictures I took of Kaitlin this past weekend. She's an aspiring actress in need of some current head shots and also, currently a junior in high school. It was FREEZING out-but thanks to her acting skills-you wouldn't have guessed it from these pictures!
This is my favorite! Taken in front of the stage doors-perfect!
This is also one of my favorites. I really like the dramatic angle and the wind blowing her hair. Remember I said it was FREEZING out! She doesn't look cold to me.
Thanks Kaitlin-I can't wait to photograph you again in your prom dress-once the weather is warmer!
Today I was happy to see Carley again, this time with her little sister Bailey! Carley LOVES the camera and had A LOT of great ideas for the photo shoot!
For this shot, she thought it best to "gently" nudge her sister out of the shot!
Here are some images from Saturdays portrait session with Natalie. She is an up in coming actor/singer/entertainer. I won't be surprised if I see her next year on American Idol! She needed some new headshots so we took a walk around town and got some really REALLY cool shots! Check it out-
Can you imagine this as her first CD cover? Copy down the side? So cool.
